Ulrike Melzer is an experienced, internationally working consultant, , facilitator, coach, mediator, mentor, university lecturer and trusted advisor at Leadership and C-Level in the areas of Learning & Development and Organizational Development and Transformation.<\/p>\n

She is an expert in facilitating individual, team and leadership effectiveness projects, new ways of learning as individuals, teams and entire organizations as well as organization-wide transformations.<\/p>\n

She brings more than 15 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, coach, key account manager, project manager and business development head for global corporate clients, medium-sized companies and public enterprises. Ulrike has been working with a wide range of organisations delivering high quality interventions from accredited training courses to in-house bespoke programmes, large group events and company wide transformations and multi-party mediation and development assignments in the working languages German and English.<\/p>\n
