In my experience, pretending there was nothing problematic happening (which is a often used coping mechanism when humans don\u00b4t know what to do otherwise) does not solve the problem but only makes it more serious over time.<\/p>\n<p>Conflict clarification in the team (&#8220;Kl\u00e4ungshilfe&#8221; by Thomann\/Schulz von Thun\/Prior) is a highly effective method for creating clarity for those involved in a difficult issue, discussing the truth of the situation and giving a voice to difficult issues.
