Ulrike Melzer is an experienced, internationally working consultant, , facilitator, coach, mediator, mentor, university lecturer and trusted advisor at Leadership and C-Level in the areas of Learning & Development and Organizational Development and Transformation.
She is an expert in facilitating individual, team and leadership effectiveness projects, new ways of learning as individuals, teams and entire organizations as well as organization-wide transformations.
She brings more than 15 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, coach, key account manager, project manager and business development head for global corporate clients, medium-sized companies and public enterprises. Ulrike has been working with a wide range of organisations delivering high quality interventions from accredited training courses to in-house bespoke programmes, large group events and company wide transformations and multi-party mediation and development assignments in the working languages German and English.
