Wherever people interact and work together, the diversity of personalities, their perceptions, opinions, interpretations, personal experiences, communication and leadership styles and much more is a given that we deal with on a daily basis. Conflicts are inevitable. They can be stressful for those involved and their environment, but at the same time they might offer opportunities.
Professional conflict resolution, mediation, enables conflict management and decision-making in a cooperative and constructive manner with the aim of finding a solution that is accepted by all parties and takes into account all interests involved.
We use our expertise as mediators to assist in this process as impartial external third party who manage, moderate and structure the process in conflict-prone situations in the workplace, in decision-making processes in and between companies and in difficult situations. LET´S TALK

What happens when interpersonal relationships become difficult and tensions arise in the team that cannot be recognized and resolved? What if cooperation increasingly suffers as a result?
If this is the case, it is not only the interpersonal level that suffers, often team effectiveness and work results deteriorate as well. In my experience, pretending there was nothing problematic happening (which is a often used coping mechanism when humans don´t know what to do otherwise) does not solve the problem but only makes it more serious over time.
Conflict clarification in the team (“Kläungshilfe” by Thomann/Schulz von Thun/Prior) is a highly effective method for creating clarity for those involved in a difficult issue, discussing the truth of the situation and giving a voice to difficult issues. A consensual solution (as in mediation) is not the primary goal here, but is made much easier after the Conflict clarification if this is subsequently desired by the parties involved.
