The Insights Discovery® Profile is an excellent way to better understand yourself better. Your interactions, decision-making style, your leadership and communication style and many more facettes of your personality. These Topics are based on your personal behavioral preferences layed our to you in the profile.
The Insights Discovery® Profile enables reflection, communication, discourse, feedback and development – both individually and as a group, team or manager. This opens up unique opportunities for participants to better understand themselves and others, to understand the diversity of personalities in teams and in the company, perceive these differences as a resource and opportunity for effective collaboration and to be better able to adapt to different personality types. When used in coaching or workshops, the Insights Discovery® Preference Profile acts as an indispensable “catalyst” and enables individual development as well as team development, the development of leadership skills and much more.
We deepen this “development journey” initiated in a workshop through personal coachings. Here, we focus intensively on the participant’s challenges, identify development issues from their day-to-day work and discuss and support development steps.
